We offer convenient to-go tasting boxes, available for pickup from our kitchen in Riverside. If you prefer a more personalized experience, we’re happy to arrange an in-person tasting to discuss your cake flavors and design in greater detail.
Each tasting box includes four mini-cakes of your choice. You can select from our pre-set menu of flavor combinations or create your own custom pairings. Explore the full list of flavor options on our menu.
Tasting boxes are available for $50. Should you choose to book your wedding cake with us, the $50 spent on your tasting will be credited towards the final cost of your cake.

Sculpted from a paste of powdered sugar, egg white, and a few hardening agents, sugar flowers are hyperrealistic recreations of real flowers.
Not only are they beautiful and completely customizable, they are also everlasting keepsakes. They will never spoil, wilt, or decay. Many clients choose to keep their sugar flowers even after the cake has been eaten, making them a unique and sentimental keepsake that can be kept on display for years to come.
-
We do not use fresh-cut flowers in our cakes. However, we can make exceptions for specific, hand-washed edible florals such as candied petals and pressed flowers.
For the safety of our customers and their guests, we avoid using any flowers from florists, nurseries, or garden centers. Many common flowers, including lilies (all types), hydrangeas, wisteria, azaleas, daffodils, delphinium, pointsettia, holly, yellow jasmine, foxglove, rhododendron, anthuriums, and more, are toxic when consumed. Even non-toxic flowers can pose a risk if they've been treated with chemicals. To maximize shelf life and profitability, fresh flowers are often treated with insecticides, fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals, making them unsafe for food contact.
