A Note on Frosting Preferences:

By default, our cakes are frosted with Swiss meringue buttercream. Silky, buttery, and delicately sweet, it’s a favorite for its luxuriously smooth texture and light finish. However, if you're a die-hard fan of American buttercream (you know, that thick, sweet, slightly gritty frosting you grew up loving), just let us know and we’ll be happy to make the switch.
