A Note on Frosting Preferences:

By default, our cakes are frosted with Swiss meringue buttercream—silky, buttery, and delicately sweet. It’s a favorite for its luxuriously smooth texture and light finish. However, if you're a die-hard fan of American buttercream (you know, that sweet, slightly gritty frosting you grew up loving), just let us know when placing your tasting box order and we’ll be happy to make the switch.
