Deposits for Rental or Loaned Equipment: Dreamcakes requires a $100 refundable deposit on all rental or loaned equipment, in addition to the rental fee. The deposit will be fully refunded if the equipment is returned in good condition within five (5) days after the event. Dreamcakes requires a credit card to be kept on file for all rentals in case of late returns or damages.

Late Fees & Penalties: Any late returns beyond the 5-day window will incur a $50 daily late fee until the item is returned. If the rental is lost or returned in damaged condition, the Client is responsible for covering the full replacement cost. Please note that, in cases where Dreamcakes’ property is no longer in production and cannot be repurchased, Dreamcakes will source a comparable replacement, and the cost will be billed to the Client.
